 I was a part-time resident to the Lake Tahoe area for 11 years,
renting our home as a vacation rental. In 1998, we became full-time
residents. I have first-hand experience in maintaining a second
home that is miles away from where I live, and understand the
concerns of renting property. In addition, I know the local
real estate market and the joy of finally living in Tahoe full-time.
I love sharing this area with visitors, and I'm dedicated to
making my dream of living in Tahoe come true for others.
